The leisure center includes a clean jacuzzi. Staff greeted me with water and towels immediately. The bar has friendly staff. A live Jazz band played there.

i was impressed with the meticulous attention to detail apparent throughout the facility. the gardens outside featured a variety of metal sculptures. the breakfast provided a broad selection of foods. the cinema's complimentary salted popcorn was a nice touch, i thought.
finding an open parking spot was tricky at times.

the restaurant was magnificent with a nice view and the staff was friendly.
Our room size was NOT GOOD FOR the cost. pillows were flat. I found it uncomfortable. they told me the AC would be fixed but it was NOT. they offered a fan. This WAS NOT acceptable so i had to change rooms.

the staff provided fast service , the hotel was superbly run. the staff put themselves out for you. i also found the views across the city to be fantastic , although a bit 'industrial'.
the pool area did not get a lot of love. it was not clean when i visited. the handrail leading into the jacuzzi was loose , i found this concerning.
